Spring has officially sprung!
The spring equinox – one of four solar seasons – is related to dawn, youth and the morning star. According to School of the Seasons, it is also affiliated with the east: The Saxon goddess, Eostre (from whose name we get the direction East and the holiday Easter.)
The time of year is when we emerge from the hibernation of winter and start a fresh season with hope, renewed and ready to take on the world. We are excited to share this menu with you and showing our fresh and tasty produce.
